Contact-form enquiries
When you send us an enquiry through the website, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number if provided, company, message, and other information included in the enquiry. We use it to respond to your request and manage the resulting business communication.
Meta messaging — data protection supplement
Controller and purpose
CityPlus sp. z o.o., operating under the Hawkline brand, is the controller for personal data processed through Hawkline’s connected Facebook Page and, where enabled, Instagram account. We process message content, account and conversation identifiers, timestamps, and technical records to receive and manage inbound contact, protect the connection, and prevent duplicate processing.
Legal basis
We process this information on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: CityPlus’s legitimate interests in receiving and managing business communications, maintaining a secure connection, and preventing duplicate processing. Where a message requires steps requested before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
Storage and access
Meta messaging information is stored through a production gateway using persistent local SQLite storage. Access is limited to privileged deployment operators where needed to operate, secure, investigate, or maintain the connection.
Retention
We retain Meta messaging information only for as long as necessary to receive and manage the contact, protect the connection, prevent duplicate processing, meet applicable legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. A documented legal or dispute hold may require longer retention. This policy does not state a fixed automated deletion period.
Recipients and Meta
Authorised persons operating Hawkline’s messaging connection may access information where necessary for the stated purposes. Meta independently controls information processed in its own services; for data held by Meta, use the privacy controls and request channels provided by Facebook or Instagram.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability where applicable. To make a request, email office@hawkline.eu. We may request only the information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant information. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Meta Pixel
With your consent, hawkline.eu loads the Meta Pixel and sends a PageView event. The Pixel may process online identifiers, technical browser or device information, and the page viewed. We use this information for advertising measurement. Meta is a recipient of this information and may use information it receives to provide relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram in accordance with its own policies.
The Meta Pixel does not load unless you accept the relevant cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.
Meta provides its services through Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area. Information processed through Meta technologies may be transferred outside the European Economic Area by Meta; Meta's privacy information describes the safeguards and choices it makes available for such transfers.
Retention and deletion requests
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose or where retention is required by law. To request deletion of personal data held by Hawkline, follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Requests concerning data controlled by Meta may also need to be submitted directly to Meta using the controls it provides.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and may object to processing or request data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
