Data deletion request
How to ask Hawkline to delete personal data that it controls, including data from website enquiries or supported Meta messaging interactions.
How to make a request
Email office@hawkline.eu. Email us with the subject “Data deletion request”. State whether the request concerns a website enquiry, Facebook or Instagram interaction, and provide the email address, account name, approximate date, or other information that helps us identify the interaction. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
Maksym Prokhachenko handles deletion requests for CityPlus sp. z o.o. through office@hawkline.eu. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or locate the relevant data. Under applicable law, we will provide information on the action taken without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving the request; that period may be extended where the law permits. This is not a promise to erase all data within one month. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
